At its meeting on 29 March, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in SeaBird Exploration, Navamedic and Dolphin Interconnect Solutions to listing on Oslo Børs. At the same meeting the Board also resolved to impose a violation charge of NOK 100,000 on Fondsfinans for a breach of the Stock Exchange Regulations and Trading Rules in connection with an order entered into the Oslo Børs trading system.
