Share Change For Embraer In The S&P Latin America 40 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Latin America 40 Index effective after the close of trading on Wednesday, June 7, 2006: Embraer – PN (ADR) (Brazil, NYSE: ERJ, Sedol 2611916) shares will be replaced by Embraer – ON (ADR) shares due to the company merger with and into Rio Han Empreendimentos e Participacoes. Rio Han has changed its name to Embraer (new). As result of the merger, each Embraer – PN and ON share will be mandatory converted into one new Embrae

NYMEX Europe Limited To Offer Full Electronic Trading

The board of directors of NYMEX Europe has voted to offer its Brent crude oil and Northwest gasoil futures contracts solely for electronic trading on CME Globex® beginning on June 11, for trade June 12. It is anticipated that the open outcry trading floor will close on June 9.

NASDAQ Announces New IPO Cross

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) today announced that it has implemented a new, automated IPO Cross effective May 30, 2006. The new IPO Cross is designed to p rovide executions utilizing a fair and transparent process to begin secondary trading of initial public offerings based on supply and demand. NASDAQ received Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approval to implement the new IPO Cross.

MCX And NYMEX Forge Exclusive Licensing Agreement - Global Energy Contracts Now On Indian Platform

Going a step further after their alliance last year, Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) and New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) have entered into an exclusive Licensing Agreement in India for launching mini-NYMEX energy contracts on MCX.
