ISE Launches New FTSE 100 Index Options - Innovative "Mini" Structure Easier To Trade

The International Securities Exchange (NYSE: ISE) announced today that on May 5th, 2006, it launched index options on the FTSE 100 through an innovative "Mini" contract structure whereby one contract is equivalent to 100 underlying shares of the FTSE 100. This product was developed with FTSE Group, the award-winning index provider. Timber Hill LLC serves as the Primary Market Maker.

ISE Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of the International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per outstanding share of its Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2006, to holders of record as of the close of business on June 23, 2006.

ISE Announces Changes To Board Leadership

The International Securities Exchange (NYSE: ISE) announced today the following changes to its Board leadership. After four distinguished years of service, Ivers W. Riley will be stepping down as Chairman of the ISE, but will remain on the Board of Directors. Dr. Frank J. FTSE Backs UNEP Finance Initiative 'Principles For Responsible Investment'

FTSE Group (FTSE) is the first global index company to sign the UNEP FI Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). At a ceremony in Paris on 2 May, the company became an inaugural professional services signatory to the ground-breaking PRI - an initiative which was launched by United Nations Secretary- General Kofi Annan. 18 major institutional investors and 32 institutional asset owners, representing more than $4 trillion in assets have already signed-up to the Principles.

Euronext.liffe Launches Equity Options On SNS REAAL N.V.

Euronext.liffe announces it intends to launch American-style options on the Dutch company SNS REAAL N.V., bringing the number of equity options listed in Amsterdam to 50. Euronext.liffe intends to launch the options on 7 June 2006.

CBOT Two-Year Treasury Note Futures Surpass 600,000 Contracts, Set Open Interest Record - Contract Reaches New OI High Mark For Tenth Consecutive Trading Session

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced today that on May 10, 2006, open interest in its Two-Year U.S. Treasury Note futures contract reached a new high for the tenth straight trading session, surpassing the 600,000 contract mark for the first time. Open interest expanded to 607,802 contracts, compared with the prior day’s record of 588,177 contracts.
