I. Performance Summary Operating EBITDA: 27% increase to $3.56 million versus $2.81 million in the first half of 2005. Operating revenue: $10.44 million, versus $8.65 million in the first half of 2005, an increase of 21%. Operating Expenses: $6.56 million, versus $5.82 million in the first half of 2005, an increase of 13%. NPAT: 47% increase to $2.18 million versus $1.48 million in the first half of 2005.

NYSE Announces Second Quarter 2006 Financial Results

NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) today reported net income of $61.2 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2006, compared to net income of $30.3 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2006 and $13.0 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2005. These results are presented in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

NYMEX Announces Trading Hours For After Hours Contracts Traded On CME Globex®

NYMEX Announces Margin Changes For Natural Gas, Related Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced today that it will change margins for its natural gas, Henry Hub swap, Henry Hub swing swap, and Henry Hub penultimate swap futures contracts, as well as its natural gas penultimate, natural gas last day, and NYMEX miNYTM natural gas futures contracts that trade on CME Globex®, beginning at the close of business on July 28.

Jury Rules In SEC’s Favor, Finds Former Suncoast Principal Liable For Securities Violations

Jurors in Federal District Court in New York, N.Y. today returned a verdict in the SEC’s favor against former Suncoast principal David A. Zwick, and a verdict partially in the SEC’s favor against trader Terence J. O’Donnell. In the three-week trial before Judge John G. Koeltl, the SEC charged that Zwick participated in a fraudulent kickback scheme in which Suncoast, a registered broker-dealer, received order flow and trades at favorable prices from an employee of New York Life Insurance Company,
