The adjustments involve share and IWF changes and will become effective after the close of trading on Tuesday October 31, 2006. CBOT Fed Watch - October 24 Market Close

In advance of this week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting on October 25, the Chicago Board of Trade will be reporting daily rate change probabilities in the FOMC's federal funds target rate, as indicated by the CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract. The CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract is a key benchmark interest rate barometer that reflects the forward overnight effective rate for excess reserves that are traded among commercial banks in the U.S. federal funds market.

David Kreinberg, Former CFO Of Comverse Technology, Inc., Agrees To Settle SEC Charges In Options Backdating Case - Relief Includes Officer-And-Director Bar And Nearly $2.4 Million In Disgorgement And Interest

The Securities and Exchange Commission today settled civil fraud charges against the former Chief Financial Officer of Comverse Technology, Inc., David Kreinberg, under an agreement which provides for the payment of nearly $2.4 in disgorgement and prejudgment interest, a permanent injunction, a permanent officer-and-director bar, and suspension from appearing or practicing before the Commission as an accountant.
