    Euronext.liffe, the international derivatives business of Euronext, today announced the launch on the LIFFE market in London of a range of EuroMTS Government Bond Index Futures, on 13th November 2006. These contracts are the latest in a series of pioneering products and services launched by Euronext.liffe which are designed to meet the needs of central order book and wholesale market customers by providing more choice and increased efficiencies.

  • Commission Announces Panelists For The SEC Roundtable On Regulation SHO Pilot

    The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today the participants for its upcoming roundtable on the efficacy of rules that limit the execution prices of short sales, such as the Tick Test (Rule 10a-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) and the Bid Test (former NASD Rule 3350) and the Commission's pilot program suspending operation of these rules for certain securities. The roundtable will take place on Sept. 15, 2006, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Commission's headquarters
