SEC: Further Relief From The Section 404 Requirements For Smaller Companies And Newly Public Companies

The Chicago Board Options Exchange said today that the CBOE S&P 500 BuyWrite Index, "BXM," reached an all-time high closing price of 800.43 on Thursday, December 14th. This was the first time ever that the Index closed above 800.

NYBOT Announces Addition Of New Brand Of NBSK Pulp As Good Delivery

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today that effective immediately, a new brand of pulp will be available for delivery beginning with the December 2006 contract, which expires on December 20, 2006. The new brand is StoraEnso’s Oulu Pine ECF Pulp and has been added to Appendix I of the Exchange’s Pulp Contract Rules which lists Exchange Approved Mills/Brands.
