(NYSE: ICE) and the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today announced that they have entered into an exclusive agreement that, in the context of a merger of ICE and CBOT Holdings, resolves the issues relating to the CBOE exercise rights, and in other respects supports the business objectives of ICE and CBOE.

CHX Adds NASDAQ Capital Markets Issues To Matching System

The Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) today announced that over 450 NASDAQ Capital Markets issues began Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) trading on the CHX matching system on May 22, 2007 in both its core and late crossing sessions, from 9:30am ET to 4:00pm ET and 4:00pm to 5:00pm ET respectively.
