(TSX:TOG) have agreed to the plan of arrangement whereby the two companies will be combined under the name TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd. Real Resources shareholders will receive one new TriStar share for each share held. TriStar shareholders will receive 0.4762 shares of new TriStar for each share held. Real Resources will be removed
