Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) and Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE: BKI) today announced that, in connection with their previously announced merger agreement for ICE’s acquisition of Black Knight, they have agreed to sell Black Knight’s Optimal Blue business to a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU).

The latest factor report from Investment Metrics, a Confluence company, found that many economies, especially emerging markets, experienced a rebound in the equity markets in the first half of 2023 with the ACWI up 6.8% YTD at the end of June. This brought up the quarterly average for all regions except the UK, which has been lagging this year.
