    AP Group has signed an agreement with the Securities and Investment Institute (SII) to be the organisation’s exclusive global recruitment partner. With five offices around the world and dealing in more than 40 jurisdictions, AP Group, one of the largest offshore recruitment firms in the world, will be responsible for finding key staff for SII members as well as advising members of opportunities across the globe.

    The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is requesting public comment on two requests submitted by ICE Clear U.S., Inc. (ICE Clear), a registered derivatives clearing organization, and one request submitted by ICE Futures U.S. (ICE Futures), a designated contract market.

    From 1 January 2008, companies with listed securities are themselves responsible for arranging the publication of all notifiable information. As a consequence of this, Oslo Børs, working in collaboration with the Swedish company Cision, has developed a new distribution service designed for companies with securities listed on Oslo Børs and Oslo Axess.

  • The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Announces November Volume

    The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that equity option volume in November jumped 52.36% when 41,047,601 contracts traded compared to the same year-ago period when 26,941,072 contracts traded. Volume was up 51.70 % year-to-date. Equity option volume in November was down 2.77% compared to the previous month when 42,216,206 contracts traded. Average daily volume in November for equity options reached 1,954,622, up 6.8% from last month.
