Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange will be closed for Family Day on Monday February 15, 2010. Montreal Exchange will also be closed for trading on February 15, but their offices will remain open. Natural Gas Exchange (NGX) will be open for trading from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. (MST).

The participation of foreign investors in the total market capitalization of the Greek market remained virtually unchanged at 48.9% (compared to 48.5% in the previous month).

Scott, former President and Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley, has been appointed as an independent member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective February 4, 2010, subject to regulatory approval.
