GreTai Securities Market And Bursa Malaysia Sign MOU To Establish Co-Operative Opportunities

Bursa Malaysia Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) and GreTai Securities Market, an organisation in charge of securities exchange and over-the-counter (OTC) business supervision in Taiwan, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to embark on a collaborative effort to further develop the capital markets in both countries.

Cinnober has now released version 8.0 of its TRADExpress Trading System. The system - used by Alpha Trading Systems, the London Metal Exchange and Turquoise, among others - is recognized for its cutting edge performance, sophisticated functionality and high level of flexibility. Development priorities have been further reduced latency and increased flexibility. Performance benchmarks are to be released shortly.

SICOM Secures Licence To Roll Out New Commodity Classes

Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM), a subsidiary of Singapore Exchange (SGX), has secured a new licence to operate a Commodity Market and Clearing House under the Commodity Trading Act (CTA), the only such licence currently issued by International Enterprise Singapore. This new licence is in addition to SICOM’s existing recognised market operator licence under the Securities And Futures Act.
