    The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced that it plans to commence a public offering of $700 million of senior notes pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.   • Eurex: Single Stock Dividend Futures Trading Launched With Société Générale As First Market Maker

    The international derivatives exchange Eurex announced that trading of single stock dividend futures started today. For the first time, the pure dividend component of the underlying stocks of a benchmark equity index is available for exchange trading and clearing as a stand-alone product in Europe. The launch was supported by Société Générale, which provides two-way prices in all 25 products throughout the day in these new products.
