    Spot month begins on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 4:00 pm CT.  All positions in delivery month futures must be at or below the relevant speculative position limit by this time, or must fall under one of the exemptions in Rule 12.  Speculative position limits are 1000 contracts for Canola futures, and 250 contracts for Western Barley futures. Information on position aggregation requirements can also be found in Rule 12.

    The London Metal Exchange will launch the world’s first cobalt and molybdenum futures contracts to be traded on exchange on Monday 22 February.
