Japan's Financial Services Agency: Disclosure Items Concerning Corporate Governance

The Financial Services Agency made amendments to Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc. so as to require listed companies to disclose the following information concerning corporate governance, after taking into consideration public comments on the proposal that we released on February 12, 2010. The new rules will be effective from March 31, 2010.

Tokyo Commodity Exchange Decides To Reopen Gas Oil Futures Contract On May 6, 2010

Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“TOCOM” or the “Exchange”) announced on 23 March that the Exchange has been authorized by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry to reopen the gas oil futures market and therefore TOCOM has officially decided to set the reopening date on May 6, 2010.
