    The CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC (CFE) today announced that June 2010 trading volume totaled 261,441 contracts, compared to 66,254 contracts during June 2009.  June marked the ninth consecutive month in which total volume registered an increase when comparing year-over-year trading activity.  June's volume declined 46 percent from the record 481,650 contracts that traded during May 2010.

    The Options Clearing Corporation announced today that 2,014,209,214 total options contracts changed hands in the first half of 2010 representing an 11% percent increase over the first half of 2009.
