Euroclear announces today that Lieve Mostrey will join Euroclear SA/NV as Executive Director, Chief Technology and Services Officer of the Euroclear group. Ms. Mostrey will also become a member of the Euroclear Group Management Committee and an Executive Director of the Board. Thai Bourse Enhances Information Disclosure Channel

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has improved its electronic disclosure system to be web-based, effective this September 6. This upgrade makes it easier for listed companies in disseminating information and corporate actions that is both concise and delivered in a timely manner. The information will be both delivered in Thai and English at the same time so that all investors will have the same information simultaneously for their decision-making.
