The securities of ASX Limited ("the Company") have been placed in Pre-Opening Phase at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASIC decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Pre-Opening Phase until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 26 October 2010 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) continues to deepen its commitment and relationship with China through the signing of a Listing Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the Financial Affairs Office (“FAO”) of the Jiangsu Government in China.
