I respectfully dissent from the Commission’s approval today of the rule establishing Process for a Designated Contract Market or Swap Execution Facility to Make a Swap Available to Trade under Section 2(h)(8) of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA).

20 Thai Stocks Added To MSCI Global Small Cap Indices Effective From June 1

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) revealed that MSCI Inc., index provider, would add 20 Thai stocks as components of its MSCI Global Small Cap Indices, consisting of ANAN, BMCL, EA, EASTW, GRAMMY, GUNKUL, JMART, KTC, MALEE, N-PARK, OFM, OISHI, SAMTEL, SPCG, TFD, THRE, UMI, UV, VGI and WHA, effective from June 1. The Thai bourse has more stocks being added to MSCI Global Small Cap Indices than any other ASEAN exchange in this round.
