Notice On Issue And Implementation Of Amendments To The Trading Rules Of Dalian Commodity Exchange

In order to adapt to the market development, and further increase the market running quality, after approval and examination by the Board of Directors of DCE, and report to China Securities Regulatory Commission for record, DCE conducted amendaments to the Trading Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Clearing Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Delivery Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Risk Management Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange.

S&P Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

CounterPath Corporation (TSXVN:CCV) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, August 17, 2012. The company will graduate to trade on TSX under the same ticker symbol.
