CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today announced the following trading schedule for Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), C2 Options Exchange (C2), CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) and CBOE Stock Exchange (CBSX) in observance of the Labor Day holiday:
Friday, August 31: CBOE, C2, CFE and CBSX will have regular trading hours for all products. Monday, September 3: CBOE, C2, CFE and CBSX will be closed. -

As you may know, the minister of finance commented on the budget request guideline for fiscal 2013, among other matters, at the cabinet meeting. This guideline was formalized at the cabinet meeting. In relation to that, the minister of internal affairs and communications and other ministers also made various comments. The compilation of the budget for the next year is about to start, with the deadline for budget requests set for September 7, so the Financial Services Agency (FSA) will work with other ministries and agencies.

UBS Says NASDAQ OMX's Facebook Compensation Plan Woefully Inadequate - Citadel Offers Support To NASDAQ

UBS Securities has estimated its Facebook IPO losses at USD356 million when Nasdaq technical failures led to a delay in order confirmations during Facebbok's May 18 IPO. NASDAQ's system failures caused UBS's systems to re-enter orders multiple times and leaving it with a huge position of unwanted stock.

1. Loans based on the Financial Reconstruction Act (FRA)
The total amount of loans held by all banks as of end- March 2012, based on the definition in the FRA (Act No.132 of 1998), is 11.8 trillion yen. The figure increased by 0.3 trillion yen from 11.5 trillion yen as of end-March 2011.
