Singapore Exchange Announcement Pursuant To Rule 703(4) Of The Listing Manual - Clarification Pertaining To Bloomberg’s Report “Singapore Bourse Plans Thai, Philippine Futures” On 8 March 2013

Singapore Exchange (SGX) wishes to make a clarification pertaining to Bloomberg’s report “Singapore Bourse Plans Thai, Philippine Futures” on 8 March 2013. The statement “SGX will increase revenue from derivatives 10 percent to 15 percent this year as the operator of Southeast Asia's biggest bourse introduces more products linked to benchmark stock indexes in the region” was an explanation of the general growth trends of SGX’s derivatives business should there be a continuation of past trends. As announced in SGX’s February report, SGX’s derivatives daily average volume (DDAV) grew 59% year-on-year and 11% month-on-month to a third straight record one-month high of 512,551 contracts. The Bloomberg report is not to be misconstrued as a forecast of SGX’s revenue.

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the March 2013 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the March 2013 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

Lahore Stock Exchange Becomes The First Exchange Of The Country That Declared Cash Dividend After Demutualization

The Board of Directors of Lahore Stock Exchange Ltd. (LSE) in its meeting has declared an Interim Cash Dividend for the second quarter ended December 31, 2012 @ Rs. 0.25 per share i.e. 2.5%. The book closure for this entitlement shall be announced separately. In this way, an amount of Rs. 32,071,050/- shall be distributed to the shareholders of the Exchange holding 128,284,200 ordinary shares of LSE. It is pertinent to note that the total Income of the Exchange after tax for the period from July to December 2012 was Rs. 33,534,000/-.

Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:KRFT) will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (Nasdaq:NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE), and the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Technology Sector Index (NDXX) prior to market open on Monday, March 18, 2013. Kraft Foods Group, Inc. will replace STARZ (Nasdaq:STRZA).
