Tokyo Commodity Exchange: Good Delivery Material Price Differential For March 2013 Rubber Contract

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the March 2013 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the March 2013 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

Lahore Stock Exchange Becomes The First Exchange Of The Country That Declared Cash Dividend After Demutualization

The Board of Directors of Lahore Stock Exchange Ltd. (LSE) in its meeting has declared an Interim Cash Dividend for the second quarter ended December 31, 2012 @ Rs. 0.25 per share i.e. 2.5%. The book closure for this entitlement shall be announced separately. In this way, an amount of Rs. 32,071,050/- shall be distributed to the shareholders of the Exchange holding 128,284,200 ordinary shares of LSE. It is pertinent to note that the total Income of the Exchange after tax for the period from July to December 2012 was Rs. 33,534,000/-.

(Nasdaq:KRFT) will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index^® (Nasdaq:NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE), and the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Technology Sector Index (NDXX) prior to market open on Monday, March 18, 2013. Kraft Foods Group, Inc. will replace STARZ (Nasdaq:STRZA).

CFTC Announces Departure Of General Counsel Dan M. Berkovitz

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) General Counsel Dan M. Berkovitz today announced he will depart the agency ending a 30-year career in the Federal government. Mr. Berkovitz has served as CFTC’s General Counsel since June 2009, and during this period he has advised the Commission on a variety of landmark legislative and regulatory initiatives that have improved the integrity, transparency, and safety of the nation’s financial and commodity markets. Mr. Berkovitz was key to counseling the chairman and commissioners during the passage and implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act), and he has counseled and represented the Commission on matters before the Congress, the courts, and the public. Mr. Berkovitz, who has no announced plans, will depart the agency at the end of March.
