    The New York Stock Exchange, a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), today released its weekly program-trading data compiled from member firms' executed volume from NYSE's orders database.  The report includes trading on the NYSE for Aug. 5-9.

  • TOM Trades Ten Millionth Option Contract And Captures More Than 25% Market Share

    TOM MTF has today traded the ten millionth option contract on its platform. In 1.5 years TOM was able to generate a market share of over 25% of the total Dutch options market. Since TOM obtained a license to trade options in 2011 volumes continued to grow to over 1.2 million option contracts last month.

  • NYSE Member Firms Report Second-Quarter 2013 Results

    New York Stock Exchange member firms that conduct business with the public reported a second-quarter 2013 after-tax profit of $2.2 billion and revenues of approximately $39.5 billion, compared with a $4.2 billion after-tax profit on revenues of about $43.0 billion in the first-quarter of 2013. 

  • Thai Bourse Adds CIMB Thai To “Banker-To-Broker” Campaign

    The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has signed an agreement with CIMB Thai Bank pcl, a member of CIMB Group, and its brokerage arm CIMB Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd, to include them in the Banker-to-Broker 2013 project, thus expanding the prudent investor base via CIMB’s 165 branches nationwide and improving the effectiveness of CIMB’s wealth management bankers.
