Oslo Børs: Eidefoss Lists Its First Bond Issue On Nordic ABM

The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – A/S Eidefoss 14/26 4,10%  – is an issue of NOK 200 million with an interest rate of 4.1%, with maturity in October 2026. Nordea Markets is the manager for the issue.

EGX Board Approves Arbitration Rules For Capital Market

Aiming to improve the investment climate in the Egyptian Stock Market, EGX Board approved rules of arbitration for the settlement of disputes of the capital market in the light of the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and its amendments. The rules aims to settle disputes that arise between the parties to the different market as a voluntary consent of the parties.
