KRX Gold Market Will Open An Hour Early To Boost Trading

The trading hours for KRX Gold Market will be extended for an extra hour starting at 9 o’clock AM beginning on August 24th to provide more trading opportunities for investors. Currently, the trading hours start at 10 o’clock AM.

ESMA Advises On Extension Of AIFMD Passport To Non-EU Jurisdictions

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published its Advice in relation to the application of the AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive) passport to non-EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and its Opinion on the functioning of the passport for EU AIFMs and the national private placement regimes (NPPRs). The Advice and Opinion, required under AIFMD, will now be considered by the European Commission, Parliament and Council.

Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced that Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:SWKS) will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index®(Nasdaq:NDX) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE) prior to market open on Monday, August 3, 2015. Skyworks Solutions, Inc. will replace Sigma-Aldrich Corporation (Nasdaq:SIAL).
CBOE Holdings Increases Quarterly Dividend By 10 Percent, To $0.23 Per Share

CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10-percent increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend, to $0.23 from $0.21 per share of common stock. The change will be effective with the third-quarter dividend and payable on September 18, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2015.
