LuxSE Celebrates International Women’s Day 2024

In a special two-part Ring the Bell ceremony held at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) earlier today, guests from Luxembourg and Argentina joined the Exchange to celebrate the first anniversary of the launch of the Luxembourg Women in Finance Charter as well as the listing of Argentina-based nonprofit development organisation Pro Mujer’s ARS 370 million gender bond.

FESE Response To The ESAs Consultation On ESAP Level 2 Requirements

FESE supports the ESAs in their endeavours of drafting the appropriate Level 2 regulatory technical standards for implementing the ESAP. FESE agrees with most of the proposals included in the consultation paper and suggests improvements to certain technical points.

BME Celebrates International Women’s Day With A Ring The Bell For Gender Equality

BME, who operates the Spanish stock exchange, commemorates International Women's Day with an Honorary Bell Ringing for Gender Equality. The event is part of the Ring the Bell for Gender Equality initiative promoted by the World Federation of Exchanges and Sustainable Stock Exchanges together with Global Compact, UN Woman and IFC. This is the seventh consecutive time that BME has joined this initiative, which this year celebrates its tenth anniversary. It aims to promote gender equality and empowerment of women in their work environment, the financial community, and to raise awareness of the benefits of doing so.
