The Market Misconduct Tribunal (MMT) has dismissed an application by Mr Andrew Left of Citron Research for an order for the production of documents relating to the financial position of Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited (Evergrande), or for a stay of the MMT proceedings commenced by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in relation to a research report on Evergrande published in 2012.

- The equity trading volume in October reached €79.7 billion
- Trading volume in ETFs to October increased 34.5% to over €10.8 billion
- The trading volume in the Warrants and Certificates market in the first ten months was up 39.4%
- Trading volume in IBEX 35 Futures and IBEX Mini Futures to October were up 8,3% and 9,3%, respectively year on year
- New issues on the Corporate Debt market in October were up 181,5%, at €8.1 billion, double the amount registered last year

The value of average daily share trading amounted to EUR 3.1 billion, compared to EUR 3.0 billion during the past 12-month period. The average number of trades per trading day was 454,613 compared to 416,606 during the past 12-month period. The total market cap of listed companies at Nasdaq Nordic Exchange amounted to EUR 1 116 billion, compared to EUR 991 billion in October 2014.

London Stock Exchange Group today confirms that it has completed the sale of Proquote, a market data vendor and retail trading provider in the United Kingdom, to IRESS, as announced on 15 September 2015. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
