    ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs ecosystem, reported assets of US$306.69 billion invested in ETFs listed globally providing exposure to China at the end of February. ETFs and ETPs listed globally providing exposure to China gathered net inflows of US$25.55 billion during February. Total assets invested in ETFs listed globally providing exposure to China have increased year-to-date by 20.7% from US$254.06 billion at the end of January 2024 to US$306.69 billion, according to ETFGI’s February 2024 ETF and ETP China industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service. (Trafigura), an international commodities trading company with its primary operations in Switzerland, pleaded guilty today and will pay over $126 million to resolve an investigation by the U.S. Justice Department into violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), stemming from the company’s corrupt scheme to pay bribes to Brazilian government officials to secure business with Brazil’s state-owned and state-controlled oil company, Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras (Petrobras).
