  • MIAX Options Exchange - Amendment To The PRIME™ Allocation For Certain Initiating Side Orders Increased From 40% To 50%, Effective May 20, 2015

    MIAX has filed for immediate effectiveness to amend Exchange Rule 515A,  MIAX Price Improvement Mechanism (“PRIME”), to increase the trade allocation entitlement of a Member that initiates a PRIME auction (an “Initiating Member”) from 40% to 50% when only one competing participant matches such Initiating Member’s auto-match submission at the final price level.

  • CFTC’s Market Risk Advisory Committee Announces Agenda For Upcoming Public Meeting

  • MIAX Options Exchange: Certain Give-Up & CMTA Transactions Subject To ORF Effective May 1, 2015 - Further Clarification

    As previously announced, beginning May 1, 2015, trades executed by a MIAX member firm on the MIAX Options Exchange or on an away exchange that are Given-Up to, or CMTA transferred to, a non-member firm on the MIAX Options Exchange or on an away exchange are subject to MIAX’s Options Regulatory Fee (ORF).  As a point of further clarification regarding these transactions, while the ORF is an obligation of the MIAX member, consistent with industry practices, OCC on MIAX's behalf will only debit the OCC clearing firm that clears the eligible trade (which may or may not be a MIAX member).  Again, please note that there is no change to the amount of the MIAX Options Regulatory Fee.

  • Indian Ambassador Visits The Amman Stock Exchange

    Mr. Marwan Batayneh, the Chairman of the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) Board of Directors received the Indian Ambassador H.E. Anil Tritjonayat, in presence of Mr. Nader Azar, the CEO of the ASE. They discussed a number of shared subjects on the economic situation between the two parties. During this visit, both parties stressed on the depth of relations between the two countries. Moreover, they were keen to enhance communication and cooperation on the economic area, in general, and at the level of the financial markets, in particular.
