EBA Publishes Work Programme For 2016

The European Banking Authority (EBA) published today its detailed annual work programme for 2016, describing the specific activities and tasks of the Authority for the coming year, as well as a multiannual work programme, highlighting the key strategic areas of work in the coming years (from 2016 to 2018).

SEC Staff Publishes Private Funds Statistics Report

The Securities and Exchange Commission staff today published a report that provides private fund industry statistics and trends, reflecting aggregated data reported by private fund advisers on Form ADV and Form PF. Most of the data in the more than 50 separate tables and figures is being made public for the first time.

NN Investment Partners’ Data Shows Outflows From Emerging Markets Were USD 87 Billion In September

Total outflows from emerging markets amounted to USD 87 billion in September, which is better than the USD 128 billion recorded in August, but still more than the year-to-date average of USD 78 billion, latest figures from NN Investment Partners shows.

ACER Recommends Amendments To The Gas Network Code On Capacity Allocation Mechanisms

ACER published yesterday a Recommendation to the European Commission on the amendment to the Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms in gas transmission systems. The amendments to be adopted mostly relate to Incremental Capacity, but also to other technical details of the code. Find out more here.

CME Group Announces The Launch Of S&P 500 Dividend Index Futures - Extending Basis Trade At Index Close (BTIC) Functionality For Three CME Group Equity Index Products

CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced the launch of S&P 500 Annual Dividend futures and S&P 500 Quarterly Dividend futures. These new contracts will be available for customer trading as of November 16, 2015, pending certification of contract terms and conditions with the CFTC and completion of all regulatory review periods.

CBOE Holdings Takes Minority Ownership Stake In CurveGlobal - New Interest Rate Derivatives Venture Backed By London Stock Exchange Group, CBOE, Major Dealer Banks - Market To Provide Competitive Offering In Interest Rate Futures

CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that it made a minority investment in CurveGlobal, a new interest rate derivatives venture of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and a number of major dealer banks. CBOE is the only U.S. exchange in the venture. Financial terms of CBOE's investment were not disclosed.
