NZX Limited (“NZX”) advises that it has redeemed 138,951 non-vesting NZX employee redeemable shares (“Restricted Shares”) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the “Plan”).
Following this redemption, the total number of NZX Employee Restricted shares on issue will be 315,889.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue will not change as a result of the redemption, the number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains at 263,919,546.
