NZX advises that it has redeemed 263,466 NZX employee redeemable shares (Restricted Shares) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the Plan).
The total number of NZX Restricted Shares on issue is now 2,018,493.
The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue will not change as a result of the redemption. The number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains at 268,315,689.
