NZX Limited (“NZX”) advises that it has issued 30,497 NZX employee redeemable shares (“Restricted Shares”) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the “Plan”).
NZX also advises of the conversion and subsequent quotation of 25,226 Restricted Shares into NZX fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
The total number of NZX Employee Restricted shares on issue is now 373,624.
The total number of NZX Fully Paid ordinary shares on issue is now 255,572,949.
