NZX Employee Share Plan – Team And Results

NZX Limited (NZX) advises that it has issued 959,277 NZX employee redeemable shares (Restricted Shares) pursuant to the terms of the NZX Employee Share Plan – Team and Results (the Plan).

The total number of NZX employee restricted shares on issue is now 2,817,074.

The total number of NZX ordinary shares on issue remains 268,476,385.
