In connection with a monthly share savings plan for employees of subsidiaries, Oslo Børs VPS Holding has sold a total of 2132 shares. New holding is 11264 shares. Employees paid a share price of NOK 84,28 per share, but were allowed a discount of 20% on purchases up to NOK 625.

Avelacom Expands Its Pan-European 100G Fiber Network To Support Demand For Low Latency Data Flow

Avelacom has completed a new segment of DWDM network, designed to be the lowest latency route between London – Moscow. The project includes deploying 900 km of terrestrial fibre and three new points of presence (PoPs) across Europe: in Amsterdam, Bremen and Helsinki. The backbone is connected to Cinia’s C-Lion cable in the Baltic sea and Avelacom’s fiber network in Russia. The latest update helps to achieve sub-35 millisecond latency (round-trip delay) London to Moscow.

We adopted the organisational structure with the European Council maintaining political control over the process, and the Commission as the Union's negotiator. Hong Kong’s Securities And Futures Commission Bans Poon Kin Lung For Two Years

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has prohibited Mr Poon Kin Lung, a former account executive of Phillip Securities (Hong Kong) Limited (Phillip), from re-entering the industry for two years from 15 December 2016 to 14 December 2018 over breaches of the SFC’s Code of Conduct.

CFTC Staff Issues No-Action Relief From The Inter-Affiliate Exemption From Required Clearing For Affiliated Counterparties Located In Australia Or Mexico

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Division of Clearing and Risk (DCR) today issued no-action relief to swap market participants to permit a provision of the inter-affiliate exemption from required clearing to be relied upon for swaps executed between certain U.S. swap market participants and their affiliated counterparties located in Australia or Mexico. This relief offers counterparties located in Australia and Mexico the same relief that has been available to counterparties located in the European Union, Japan, and Singapore.

Euro Clearing Likely To Move From London After Brexit
