Office Of The Comptroller Of The Currency Releases CRA Evaluations For 25 National Banks And Federal Savings Associations

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of July 1, 2016 through July 31, 2016. The list contains only national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings.  The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance.

US Regulated Institutions To Submit Self-Assessments Of Diversity Policies And Practices

The federal banking agencies today provided information on how the financial institutions they regulate may begin to submit self-assessments of their diversity policies and practices as of year-end 2015, and issued Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the process.
