SEC Issues Annual Staff Reports On Credit Rating Agencies
The Securities and Exchange Commission today issued its two annual staff reports on credit rating agencies registered as nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (NRSROs). The reports show that NRSROs have made operational improvements and have enhanced process accountability, controls and governance, and that smaller NRSROs have made competitive inroads in certain rating categories.

Deutsche Börse Reflects On A Positive Year For IPOs - Twenty-Four New Companies On The Frankfurt Stock Exchange In 2015/Issue Volume Reached Of Around €7 Billion
Deutsche Börse reports that 2015 has been a positive year for IPOs on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 24 new companies had been listed on the exchange, making 2015 Deutsche Börse's best year in terms of number and volume of IPOs since 2007.

The Saudi Stock Exchange Announces The Publication Of The Weekly Stock Market Ownership And Trading Activity Report - By Nationality And Investor Type
The total value of shares traded for the week ending 24 December 2015 amounted to SAR 25.94 billion, decreasing by 12.19% over the previous week; while total stock market capitalization reached SAR 1,592.41 billion at the end of this period, decreasing by 2.26% over the previous week.

Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Revising Rules For Setting Extended Warehouse Areas For Corn
To facilitate futures delivery and further improve the quality of market services, after being discussed and approved by the Council and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, the “Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Management of Designated Delivery Warehouses” and the “Detailed Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Delivery” have been revised by the DCE, with the designated delivery warehouses for the corn futures allowed to set extended warehouse areas. The amendments to the rules are hereby issued, and the revised rules shall come into effect starting from C1701 Contract.

- New Year: The market will close on 1 January (Friday) and resume trading on 4 January (Monday).
- Spring Festival: The market will close from 7 February (Sunday) to 14 February (Sunday), and resume trading on 15 February (Monday).

Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Revising Egg Contract And Related Rules
To further adapt to the spot goods and improve the capacity of the futures market for serving the real economy, after being discussed and approved by the Board and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, amendments have been made by DCE to four contract rules including the “Dalian Commodity Exchange Egg Futures Contract”, the “Detailed Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Delivery”, the “Detailed Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Settlement” and the “Measures of Dalian Commodity Exchange for Management of Standard Warehouse Receipts”. The amendments mainly include adding choice of delivery every day in the whole month, introducing new physical delivery method, shortening the validity period of warehouse receipt, adding contract months, postponing the last trading day, adjusting the calculation method for the one-off delivery settlement price of egg, revising the rules related to the delivery quality standards, improving the procedures for dealing with quality disputes, and optimizing the schemes for dealing with epidemics, etc.
