Please note that the Derivatives Market evening trading session will begin five minutes later, i.e. at 7:05 pm MSK, on 18, 19 and 26 January 2017, as these are the last trading days for options contracts (in accordance with clause 7.2 of the Rules of organized trading for the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market).

Tokyo Commodity Exchange: Good Delivery Material Price Differential For January 2017 Rubber Contract

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the January 2017 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the January 2017 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

Chinese mainland’s stock markets welcomed 227 initial public offerings valued at RMB 150.4 billion (USD 21.6 billion) in 2016, according to PwC’s year-end report. The number of IPOs in 2016 rose from 219 in the year before while last year’s IPO value fell from RMB 158.6 billion in 2015. Among the 227 IPOs in 2016, the number of IPOs completed in Shenzhen SME Board amounted to 46 with a value of RMB 22.7 billion. A total of 78 companies, mostly from the industrial products, IT and telecommunications sectors, have listed on ChiNext Market, raising RMB 25.8 billion.

SEC: Investment Adviser, Lawyer Settle Charges In Secret Referral Fee Scheme

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that a Connecticut-based investment adviser has agreed to admit wrongdoing and pay more than $575,000 to settle charges that he defrauded a client and then compounded his scheme by attempting to mislead SEC investigators while lying to other clients about the status of the SEC’s investigation.

Deutsche Börse: Unscheduled Adjustment In SDAX - Share Class Of Braas Monier To Be Replaced - Changes To Be Effective As Of 12 January 2017

On Monday, Deutsche Börse announced an unscheduled change to SDAX. As a result of the expected acquisition of Braas Monier by Marsella Holdings, the Braas Monier current share class (ISIN LU1075065190) in the index will be replaced with the tendered share class of Braas Monier (ISIN LU1498426326). These changes will become effective on 12 January 2017.
