Japan's Securities And Exchange Surveillance Commission: Recommendation For Administrative Monetary Penalty Payment Order For Market Manipulation By Evo Investment Advisors Ltd.
1. Contents of the Recommendation
The Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (the “SESC”), on January 29, 2016, made a recommendation to the Prime Minister and the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency that an administrative monetary penalty payment order be issued in regard to market manipulation by Evo Investment Advisors Ltd. (“Evo Investment”) pursuant to Article 20(1) of the Act for Establishment of the Financial Services Agency. This recommendation is based on the findings of the investigation into the market manipulation, whereby the following violation of laws and ordinances was identified.

SGX Revises Calculation Methodology For Minimum Trading Price Requirement
Singapore Exchange (SGX) is changing the methodology used to determine whether a company share price meets the minimum trading price (MTP) requirement, following market feedback. The change comes after SGX’s extension last month to 1 September 2016 the date of the review of the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of shares of companies which consolidate their shares before 1 March 2016.

No Change In Trading Commission Charged On Investor Transactions, UAE's Securities And Commodities Authority Says

Taiwan Stock Exchange Removes Day Trading Restrictions For Almost All Securities - New Rules To Stimulate More Trading Volume And Provide Investors With More Hedging Instruments - Borrowed Securities Now Eligible To Cover Day Trade Shortfalls
