Meaningful solutions should therefore combine safety and performance to meet this dual objective.

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has fined Moody’s Deutschland GmbH (Moody’s Germany) €750,000 and Moody’s Investors Service Limited (Moody’s UK) €490,000, and issued a public notice, for two negligent breaches of the Credit Rating Agencies Regulation (CRAR).

Its issuer, Guangzhou Improve Medical Instruments Co., Ltd., a company listed on the ChiNext, rated AA-, while the rating of the bonds being AAA. Shenzhen High-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. provided credit-added guarantee for the bond.
