Deutsche Börse Cash Market: Frankfurt Certificate Exchange Celebrates 10th Anniversary - Bonus Certificate Favoured By Investors - Investor Offering Significantly Expanded

Frankfurt’s certificate exchange is now ten years old. To mark the occasion, today’s trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was opened by ringing the traditional stock exchange bell. Currently more than 1.5 million listed products such as certificates and warrants can be traded in Frankfurt. Since April, investors have been able to create their own certificates with almost no restrictions using the “ZERTIfigurator” online construction kit. The number of products was around 250,000 at when the exchange was founded in 2007.

Stock Exchange Of Thailand:152 Listed Companies’ H1 Interim Dividends Jump 23.6 Pct

Total 152 companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Market for Alternative Investment (mai) announced a combined interim dividend payment of THB 117.86 billion (approx. USD 3.47 billion) for the first half of 2017, a 23.59 percent increase from H1/2016.

What are ICOs?
The term ICO refers to a digital way of raising funds from the public using a virtual currency, also known as cryptocurrency. An ICO can also be known as ‘token sale’ or ‘coin sale’.
ICO issuers accept a cryptocurrency, like Bitcoin or Ether, in exchange for a proprietary ‘coin’ or ‘token’ that is related to a specific firm or project. ICOs vary widely in design. The digital token issued may represent a share in a firm, a prepayment voucher for future services or in some cases offer no discernible value at all. Often ICO projects are in a very early stage of development.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Implemented The Reformation For The Issuance Method Of Convertible Bonds And Exchangeable Bonds

In order to further regulate the securities issuance and underwriting behaviors and perfect the issuance method of convertible corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as ‘convertible bonds’) and exchangeable corporate bonds (hereinafter referred to as ‘exchangeable bonds’), China Securities Regulatory Commission (‘CSRC’) revised the Measures for the Administration of Securities Issuance and Underwriting. According to the work deployment, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (‘SZSE’) recently made matching amendments to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Services for Convertible Corporate Bonds of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Business Guidelines for the Issuance and Listing of Convertible Corporate Bonds of Listed Companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and formulated and promulgated the Notice on Further Regulating and Perfecting the Services for Issuance of Exchangeable Corporate Bonds of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Business Guidelines for the Issuance and Listing of Exchangeable Corporate Bonds of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
