To further improve the issuance mode of listed companies’ convertible corporate bonds, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), according to the arrangement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for reform on issuing convertible corporate bonds, has drafted the “SSE Detailed Rules on Issuance of Listed Companies’ Convertible Corporate Bonds (Draft for Comment)” and the remarks on drafting the detailed rules (see attachments). It hereby solicits public opinions on the rules.
