    London Stock Exchange Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased through Barclays Capital Securities Limited, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2017, the following number of its ordinary shares of 6 79/86 pence each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange as part of the buyback programme announced on 29 March 2017:

    FINRA received approval to amend FINRA Rules 12402 and 12403 of the Code of Arbitration Procedure for Customer Disputes and FINRA Rule 13403 of the Code of Arbitration Procedure for Industry Disputes to provide that the Director of FINRA’s Office of Dispute Resolution will send the list or lists generated by the Neutral List Selection System to all parties at the same time, within approximately 30 days after the last answer is due, regardless of the parties’ agreement to extend any answer due date.

  • CFTC Enters Into Non-Prosecution Agreements With Former Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Traders Jeremy Lao, Daniel Liao, And Shlomo Salant - Non-Prosecution Agreements Are A Powerful Tool In The Division’s Cooperation Program

    The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today that it entered into non-prosecution agreements with Jeremy Lao (Lao) of New York, New York, Daniel Liao (Liao) of Minato-Ku, Japan, and Shlomo Salant (Salant) of New York, New York. In their non-prosecution agreements, Lao, Liao, and Salant each admits that he engaged in the unlawful disruptive trade practice of “spoofing” (bidding or offering with the intent to cancel the bid or offer before execution) in U.S. Treasury futures markets while trading for Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (Citigroup) in 2011 and 2012. The non-prosecution agreements emphasize Lao’s, Liao’s, and Salant’s timely and substantial cooperation, immediate willingness to accept responsibility for their misconduct, material assistance provided to the CFTC’s investigation of Citigroup, and the absence of a history of prior misconduct.
