The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) today issued a statement affirming its commitment to the Foreign Exchange Global Code (Code) developed by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).  MAS will adhere to the principles of the Code when acting as a market participant and ensure that its internal practices and processes are aligned with these principles.

Dalian Commodity Exchange Deals With 34 Cases Of Abnormal And Illegal Transaction In April

Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) released a notice on May 9, showing that DCE dealt with 29 cases of abnormal transaction, including 13 cases of self-transaction violating position limits and 16 cases of frequently placing and cancelling orders. According to relevant regulatory standards and handling procedures of the “DCE Management Measures on Abnormal Trading (Trial)”, DCE has called to remind clients with the abovementioned unusual transaction through its members.

​This morning (May 22), the management of Israel Ports Development & Assets Company opened the trading to mark the company’s bond offering on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Israel Ports Company is the second government company to issue bonds in 2018. The company has raised NIS 2.5 billion and joins the list of bond companies listed on TASE.
