    The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) is pleased to announce the listing of the N10.69billion, 5-year, Federal Government Sovereign Green Bond at coupon rate of 13.48% on the Exchnage by Debt Management Office (DMO) on Friday, July 20, 2018.   • FINMA Concludes Final 1MDB Proceedings

    Rothschild Bank AG and one of its subsidiaries have been found to be in serious breach of money laundering rules in the context of 1MDB. Specifically, they were in breach of due diligence, reporting and documentation requirements. FINMA will appoint an audit agent to review enhancements already put in place by the institutions. This concludes the last of seven enforcement proceedings launched by FINMA in relation to 1MDB.

    BNP Paribas Asset Management (‘BNPP AM’) announces the appointment of Jane Ambachtsheer as Global Head of Sustainability.  Jane will report to Frédéric Janbon, CEO and Head of Investments at BNPP AM.  She will join on 27 August and will be based in Paris.
