ETFGI Reports ETFs And ETPs Listed In Europe Gather Net Inflows Of US$1.39 Bn During October 2018

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETF/ETP ecosystem, reported today that ETFs and ETPs listed in Europe gathered net inflows of US$1.39 Bn during October. Following a turbulent month for financial markets, total assets invested in the European ETF and ETP industry fell 5.88% during October, from US$832 Bn at the end of September, to US$783 Bn, according to ETFGI’s October 2018 European ETF and ETP industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service. ISDA - Hard Brexit: An Impact Assessment For US Entities Registered With The CFTC

This paper highlights the issues that must be addressed in the case of a ‘hard’ Brexit. Specifically, it:
- Identifies exiting US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) equivalence determinations and no-action relief that is currently provided to the European Union (EU) and should be extended to entities registered with the CFTC in order to preserve continuity and market stability once the UK exits the EU.
- Analyzes the impact of a hard Brexit on US market participants, and where appropriate, proposes regulatory and contractual solutions to minimize any negative impacts a hard Brexit would have on US market participants.

Nadex will observe the following modified holiday schedule for the week of November 19, 2018:
Monday, November 19, 2018: The Exchange will observe regular business hours.
- Weekly contracts listed on this date will have a settlement date of Friday of the current week, with the exception of any contracts not available for trading on Friday, which will have a settlement date of Wednesday of the current week.
- Initial Jobless Claims Binary contracts will be listed on Monday, November 19, 2018, and will settle on the day that number is released by the Source Agency.
Wednesday, November 21, 2018: The Exchange will observe regular business hours.
- Weekly Japan 225 and China 50 contracts will expire on this day;
- No Daily Currency Binary contracts which would have an expiration trade date of November 22, 2018 will be listed on this date.
