1st Domestic Commodity Futures ETF Listed On Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On the morning of December 5, Huaxia Feedstuff Soybean Meal Futures ETF is officially listed for trading on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) upon the ringing bell, making it the first commodity futures ETF listed in China. Vice President of the SZSE Tang Rui,  Vice President of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) Wang Yufei, , and General Manager of China Asset Management Co., Ltd. Li Yimei attend the listing ceremony.

TAIFEX And TIP Launch Taiwan Strategic Indices - New Futures Index, Covered Call Index And Market Neutral Index To Support Creation Of New Exchange-Traded Product That Facilitate Innovative Trading Strategies

The Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) and Taiwan Index Plus Corporation (“TIP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TWSE”), will jointly launch Taiwan Strategic Indices, composed of securities with cross-asset classes listed on the Taiwan’s financial market. These three new indices will facilitate the introduction of new exchange-traded and OTC products, including ETFs, ETNs and warrants, for institutional or individual investors looking to enhance their returns or implement diverse hedging strategies.

Lately, the CITIC Futures and China Insurance jointly organize the Forum on “Insurance + Futures” Assisting Breeding Enterprises in Feedstuff Cost Risk Management and the Claims Settlement Ceremony of the Heilongjiang Muyuan Nongmu Hog Feedstuff Cost Index. It is learnt that this is the first hog feedstuff cost index “insurance + futures” program in Heilongjiang Province and also one of the over 60 scattered pilot and registered programs of the DCE’s “Peasants Income Guarantee Plan” in 2019.

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announces extending the Closing Auction session for a total duration of 20 minutes (instead of 10 minutes), and the Trade at Last session for a total duration of 20 minutes (instead of 10 minutes). Accordingly, the Closing Auction session will start from 3:00 p.m. until 3:20 p.m. AST, and the Trade at Last session will start from 3:20 p.m. until 3:40 p.m. AST on Tuesday 17 December 2019 only.
