Shenzhen Stock Exchange Held The International Seminar On Capital Market For SMEs

The 2019 International Seminar on Capital Market for SMEs (hereinafter ‘Seminar’) was successfully held at Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 25th. Senior management and experts of exchanges, regulatory department and market institutions from countries along the “Belt and Road”, including Abu Dhabi, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, joined the Seminar. Mr. Ai Xuefeng, Vice Mayor of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Mr. Wang Jianjun, CEO and President of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Ms. Yang Liu, Deputy Director of Department of International Affairs of China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter ‘CSRC’), attended the seminar and delivered speeches. More than 80 representatives from domestic and foreign exchanges, financial institutions and related capital market organizations attended the Seminar.

Monetary Authority Of Singapore: Former Director Convicted Of Furnishing False Statement To The SGX-DT

Mr Joseph Chai Ming Leong (Mr Chai) was today convicted and sentenced to 4 weeks’ imprisonment for furnishing a false statement to Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading Limited (SGX-DT). His conviction was a result of a joint investigation conducted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force.

UAE Securities and Commodities Authority Obtains Lloyd’s Register Certification For ISO 10002:2018

Changes To Standard 3rd Friday Expiration Listings For Equity And ETP Options On BOX

Effective Thursday, January 16, 2020, BOX Options Exchange (“BOX” or “Exchange”) will begin to list new standard 3rd Friday expiration replacements for Equity and ETP options on the Thursday prior to the near-term standard 3rd Friday expiration. Currently, BOX lists new standard 3rd Friday expiration replacements for Equity and ETP options on the first business day, typically Monday, after the near-term standard 3rd Friday expiration has expired.
